Well, I am trying...at least I can say that. I even got up early today and worked out in the morning on my day off. YES! I did however stop and enjoy a Sonic blast - a mini though.
What can I say...the whipped cream there is amazing. We all have our weaknesses and this is one of mine. I have been doing so good this week and other weeks thus far. I have been working out and everything, but I did splurge. I am okay with that because I am getting back on my wagon.
On a positive note, I did take pictures and measurements today to see how far I will come. I feel like I need some way to measure my success. I should have done it before now, but I did not. I have it in my cell phone in the notes section so I can see it as a reminder any time that I need one or want to remember that I need to stay focused.
I measured my waist, bust, hips, thighs and arms. All of these areas are ones that I am working on and I want to see the improvement. You should measure too!
What are your weaknesses or temptations when it comes to food? Think about what they are and focus on what you can replace that temptation with or how you can minimize it. Just think, you are 21 days into this new you!
